How to Create Tonkeeper Wallet: Step-by-step Guide (Web Extension)
Step 1: Install the Tonkeeper Web Extension
Open the Chrome browser. 🖥️
Go to the Tonkeeper extension page. 🔗
Click "Add to Chrome" and then "Add Extension" to install the Tonkeeper web extension. ➕
Step 2: Create a New Wallet
On the welcome screen, click "Create a New Wallet." 📱
Tonkeeper will generate a 24-word seed phrase. This is your key to the wallet. 📝
Write down the seed phrase on paper and store it safely. Do not store it digitally or share it. ✍️
Confirm that you have written down the seed phrase by clicking "I have written it down." ✔️
Step 3: Verify Your Seed Phrase
The extension will ask you to enter a few words from the seed phrase in the correct order. 🔐
Enter the requested words and click "Continue." ✅
Step 4: Set a Secure Password
Choose a strong password for your wallet. This password will be required every time you access the Tonkeeper extension. 🔑
Confirm your password by entering it again and click "Continue." 🔄
Your wallet is now ready to use. 🎉
Step 5: Add TON Coins to Your Wallet
Click "Receive" on the main dashboard. 📥
Your wallet address and QR code will be displayed. 📧
Copy the wallet address or use the QR code to receive TON coins from an exchange. 📋
You can buy TON on exchanges like Bybit, OKX, Mexc etc. 💸
